Alessandra Buzzi has been working at BNL BNP Paribas since 2005, where she developed a professional career in the field of digital banking transformation, evolving from activities related to CRM and commercial campaigns to covering roles of Product Owner and Product Expert on digital and mobile banking projects. ? Throughout his experience he has contributed to the implementation of data-driven CRM systems, to the launch of the digital bank Hello Bank! in an Agile context and the evolution of mobile banking applications, operating as a point of contact between business and technology. He is currently part of the team dedicated to Artificial Intelligence initiatives for operational efficiency, with a focus on governance of new AI processes. ?
