AMANDA GIORGI

Biography

Amanda works as a Climate Solutions Specialist at MSCI. In her role, she works with financial institutions and corporates on the assessment of climate change related risks and opportunities, as well as on climate impact and net-zero portfolio alignment. She also supports financial stakeholders with the integration of climate data and models in line with industry-led and regulatory frameworks. Prior to joining MSCI, Amanda worked at the Climate Bonds Initiative, and international NGO working to mobilise global capital for climate action. Amanda holds a BSc in Chemistry from Queen Mary University of London, and an MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London (UCL). Amanda took part of an International Exchange Programme, where she spent an academic year studying chemistry at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).
