Professor of Financial Intermediaries Until 2023 University of Modena and Reggio Emilia-UNIMORE. Main tasks: Since 2021, independent Board member of Credem Banca, chairman of the Risk and Sustainability Committee, member of the Appointments Committee and the Independent Directors Committee; independent Board member of Euro SGR. Since 2022 independent Board member and chairman of Tages SGR. 2012-2021 independent Board member of Bper Banca; 2015-2021 Chairman of the Risk Committee; participation and chairmanship of various internal board committees. 2007-2012, Statutory Auditor of the Bank of Italy. Areas of interest and research: regulation and supervision of banks and other intermediaries, European Banking Union and SSM, ESG and sustainability, SME financing gap, crowdfunding, start-ups.
