JACOPO MOZZANA

Biography

Jacopo Mozzana is a Director at the Milan office of BDO Advisory Services in the Financial Risk Management practice. He joined BDO in 2015. Before joining BDO, Jacopo spent six years at Mazars, as auditor within the Financial Services group in Milan. With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Jacopo has developed deep expertise in the covered bond and securitisation markets. He has built strong capabilities in the valuation of performing and non-performing assets, as well as in financial reporting and prudential regulation . His experience spans advisory and audit engagements for a wide range of regulated national and international financial institutions. He has also supported the Bank of Italy and the EBC during on-site inspections and has been involved in the resolution process of one of the banks in resolution during 2015. He holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
