Biography

Marco Pedrazzini is Head of Operational & ICT Risk at Banca Investis Group, where he is responsible for overseeing operational and ICT risks, with a particular focus on integrating non-financial risks into business processes and governance systems. He has extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, having held roles of increasing responsibility in leading institutions, up to Chief Risk Officer. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of risk management frameworks aimed at integrating operational, ICT, climate, and reputational risks within a holistic and regulatory-consistent approach. He has led initiatives in ICAAP/ILAAP, operational resilience, and non-financial risk management, supporting management decision-making processes. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pavia
