Biography

Born in Biella in 1966, he moved to Verona in 1980 to study agricultural sciences. In 1988 he returned to Biella, initially planning a short stay at Prestoleasing S.p.A. (now Generalfinance), founded by his father Armando, to oversee its restructuring. This marked the beginning of a long tenure as CEO, during which he shifted the company's focus from leasing and consumer credit to factoring for distressed companies. In 2015 he founded GGH - Gruppo General Holding Srl and launched a plan to list Generalfinance on AIM Italia, later suspended in 2016 due to unfavorable market conditions. On June 29, 2022, Generalfinance debuted on Euronext Milan (STAR segment), a key milestone in both his entrepreneurial journey and the company's growth. In the first quarter of 2025, he opened new offices in Rome and Madrid, the latter being the company's first international branch.
